Google Goggles!
Today we saw part of the future of education - we got to see and interact with Google Goggles!
These are an amazing piece of kit which enable you to view the any part of the world in 360 degrees. You can see places that you would never usually get to see. The headset connects wirelessly to a lead iPad, which controls the expedition!
All the children in Key Stages 1 and 2 got to try on the headsets and 'travel' to distant parts of the world! We got to see underwater worlds, swim with sharks and dolphins, see the Arctic, travel to Rio and even visit the planets in the solar system! We also got to see inside the human body; the circulatory system and even the heart!
